The reason I would probably not recommend him to my friends is because my friends are mostly first-time homebuyers as well. The communication was not there in the beginning. It improved as we went on, but I was very frustrated and did not feel I was getting explanations I needed. I eventually got answers I needed from a different employee of New American Funding. But it was very frustrating. In all honesty, I got the loan I wanted at the end of the day. So it was an ok experience. But I will most likely be directing my younger brothers elsewhere for their first houses unless my opinion of the company changes moving forward.

Too long of a process, closing process and payoff of accounts were not handled to my satisfaction, was forced to pay account with 0 balance, not good communication.

after everything was going through the stress level should have gone down but the lock in date was missed and could have cause the closing to fall through. i got an apology and a i hope i dont get sued for this. then last minute things that should have been taken care of 30 days prior werent which could have caused closing to fall through like notice to vacate to the tennants wasnt good enough on the actual day we should have been closing. i get he may have been new but these things made the process horrible for me and left me scrambling to make this deal go through.in the end he never talked to me or thanked me for my business leaving me feel like i was just a commission. and a sour taste in my mouth. if you wanna talk about this call me at 4144601464
