I think my loan officer, Alex was great interms of making himself available over quick calls anytime of the day, getting great competitive rates. However, in few areas I found the process a bot frustating such as understanding the exact timelines to complete the loan, lock-in period of the loan, requiring purchase of points and then recurring changes in points etc.. all of which could have been avoided with detailed and advance written communication. Since it was my first house purchase in the US, I’d appreciated treating me like without any knowledge to go over the process.

Lack of communication and shared information. Client was forced to seek information for her closing to arrange moving. The excuse was that her dad had to be added at the last minute which was total frabrication because he was asked to put him back on the loan 30 days prior to closing. NAF dropped the ball. Should have closed on 04/29, didn't complete Notary signing until almost 11:00pm on the same day. Deed could not be recorded until 05/01/2024. Senior Processor was rude and argumentative.

On a positive note, our transaction closed. It did not close on time because of a lack of communication between my client and the loan processor, Kristin Mack. She did not return phone calls in a timely manner. Kristin did not adhere to the time constraints of the Purchase Contract causing a late closing. When issues did arise, Kristin did not devote complete and timely attention to them. Kristin wrote unprofessional responses in email form. When she had the opportunity to remedy the closing delay, she did not claiming, "it was her day off." The way to make it better in the future would be for the loan processor to focus on the borrower first. Respectfully, Gary Johnson, Buyer Agent

Davon White was great- the title company is where everything went wonky.

The amount of paperwork needed was ridiculous and it was a struggle to get a hold of anyone.

I’ve never heard the name of the loan processor until this survey. Andy was ok to deal with but the thing that got to me was constantly asking for more and more new documents out of nowhere. I understand getting a loan can be different for everyone but it was exhausting. I suggest one solid list of everything a person might need to provide to the mortgage officer with in order to purchase a home. Rather than needing to provide new documentation on a day to day basis.

In the future, Please don't interfere with matters to be discussed between agents and buyer clients. In no way should a lender have a conversation advising clients that they must have a home inspection. The Client had already made an informed decision to waive the inspection. The clients signed multiple waiver forms stating they understood the potential risk involved in waiving inspection. Hearing this from their lender... After an offer was already accepted.. was unfortunately one instance my buyer clients were uneasy about the lender buyer client relationships. I don't intend to insult.. just to inform truthful feedback to better your work habits. Best wishes for positive momentum towards improvement.
