Jesse did a great walking us through the process initially. We felt confident that we knew what we had to do. Admittedly, as we got closer to closing, communication got more convoluted when we got Erika the senior processor involved. Not necessarily that it was all her fault, but we were not clear about what was needed to close on time and it was a pretty stressful push the last few days. It got better though and Jesse is a valuable asset to your company!

Our loan processor was terrible and repeatedly dropped the ball abd did not return phone calls or emails, resulting in us missing our closing date

Hass was very friendly and helpful through the process. He seemed very in tune with my needs and concerns. His phone etiquette was genuine and sincere. I felt he was doing everything he could to complete the refinance. I truly am grateful for his assistance in getting our refinance completed!

I received a lot of support for the refinance. I only had 2 issues. 1) The letter I received about terminating my auto pay did not give a date, so The money was still taken from my account and I have to wait 3 weeks to get it returned. 2) There was a late fee added to the final paperwork. I was told because they were paying late. How can there be a late charge for the same company that I originally financed from. In other words , They are paying themselves a late fee and charging me.
