While I will not recommend this company to anyone, not everything was terrible. The communication between all of the parties was very poor and things were requested multiple times and also very last minute. I was being asked to get additional documentation over and over to prove that I serve in the military while my spouse only had to provide one document. The processes was extremely painful and if my credit wouldn't have already been ran I would have most definitely switch companies due to the poor communication and unprofessionalism.
