I think there were too many People involved,we had to send in the same paperwork numerous times to different People and were told several times that closing would happen within a certain time and it didn't happen. This was not a bad experience but could have been just a bit more painless. We will not do another refi but wouldn't have a problem referring someone to this company.

When we began our process a few months back not knowing what was going to happen. Patrick was very attentive, personable and seemed to be there when we called or got right back to us. It seemed to be a little harder to get someone at the end of the process but everyone was scrambling to get it done by closing date. I would absolutely recommend Patrick to anyone.

I would have liked to know upfront how much documentation was going to be needed to make this loan go through. Every time I thought I was finished sending statements and supporting documentation, I was notified that I had to send more. If I had received a concise profile of what was needed at the beginning of this process, I don't think I would have been as frustrated.
