We were forcefully switched from our original loan officer that was great. Upon being switched, I had to reach out to Vicky for the first contact. That's just poor customer service. And we only received just 1 informational phone call about the remaining process, the rest was just communication emails between the NAF team that we were cc'd on.

Way too many last minute surprises, two weeks past closing target on an approved client. Mary was blaming the client for things dragging out. Just lots of confusion.

Better communication- Your company should be courting a person for their business - and keeping them updated with solid, measurable goals and information would have made this a better experience. Unfortunately, the problems arose due to the lack of communication from Rayan’s coworkers, but honestly towards the end of our transaction it was clear we were a number and a commission.
