it was good up until the end. He got kinda rude with me toward the end when I was supposed to assume I should have had closing already scheduled. It took a lot of communication to seller and buyer from me to smooth over both of them being very frustrated at the very last minute balancing with title. It was very much a crap show how it ended.

I feel like the whole process was extremely long and the communication was definitely lacking sometimes.. I had to reach out to Bonnie after weeks of not hearing from her! I realize the system is set up against BLACKS !from day one, that's what I felt after jumping through hoop after hoop!! That's my opinion about the whole experience. MC

We never knew our loan amount until a few days before closing. we had wanted 325-350K in both names from the beginnin and towards the end it was discovered that only one name was on loan. Thats with both having very high 700's to 800 credit score and only got the loan in the 190's. Many times it was though internal communication was lacking to move things along faster, as it took more time to get to closing Costing even more money on the NAF Cash side.
