Process costed more money than necessary due to delays on your end. Company took soo long to process loan and even on closing day , I didn't get keys to house and had to go out of my way bc you sent paperwork 4 minutes after necessary time line. This experience was a nightmare not to mention making me pay for a credit lock extension! I liked Gina Johnson and Kyra Ramirez. Did not care for NAF or anyone else. I would NOT Refer anyone! Should've stayed local. Gina was amazing and the only reason you got our business to begin with.

All personnel should be on the same page. I received conflicting information from them. It was very frustrating to be told something by one person to have another person tell you the information was wrong.

No guidance, refinance resulted in only $58 or so difference in our mortgage payment. There was no discussion that perhaps it wasn't a good time to refinance the loan. We went with a loan amount for 162,000 up to a loan. Perhaps it was 179,000. I can't think of absolutely specifics. But I definitely know that our mortgage payment of 1552 down to 1400 or so. It was only $58. I should've received guidance that perhaps it wasn't the best time to refinance based on the outcome. There was no discussion about the final numbers. I had to figure it out myself. I wasn't happy.

George was very personable got the loan done on time. There was just a lack of communication. No updates on what was going on unless l inquired about it. I would still use George just not on the top of my list.

Poor communication between team members and losing paper work/mixing up paper work. Having to point out simple errors and errors constantly . Poor communication between team members title team and realtor. over all confusing and frustrating situations . Would call and not get a response back for hours.

Poor communication to my realtor as well as changing the closing date without telling me. I appreciate it was sooner than expected but there was very little communication during some key points of the process. I don't feel like i was a priority or person only just another number
