You guys can’t get my name right. It must have been wrong on 40 documents I signed for the loan. Sometimes it was my maiden name, sometimes it was a name you just got completely wrong. And this satisfaction survey? It was addressed to Chelsea S. I am Chelsea D. I am really really frustrated that you can’t get this right.

The process took far longer than I expected and I had to make frequent inquiries about the delays. The paperwork was about as bad as I expected, but on top of it all, the underwriters wanted me to create a larger revenue stream by making withdrawal s from my 401K that were unnecessary since my income is more than sufficient for my needs. I had to get my financial advisors involved at several points to negotiate terms. The closing was similarly confusing about who was to provide the info.

Very little communication. Understand it’s an unusual time but extra communication is needed. Process through attorney to close and for payoff is slow as the payoff got to them immediately but has still not reached the bank 3 days later. Whole process could use more communication and speed especially during coronavirus. And this was a simple refinance pushed by the broker.

Closing date was moved due to technical error on Envoy's part. When it moved, it created the need to re-verify employment during the holiday break, which was done at the last minute. Also, we had to visit the lawyers office twice on the date of closing due to an error by Envoy, which resulted in having to redo the paperwork and required consultation with our own lawyer. However, Nicole was able to pull the team together and get everything done within the same day.
