Jesse 's information, help and assistance was very good. The issues Jody and I have is the duplication of information asked of us time and time again. We realize our situation was unique however we felt our credit rating and finances dictated a different approach to this mortgage app. Thank goodness we were able to electronically communicate with both Stephanie and Jesse . Travis maintained contact throughout the process and kept me on track with submitting what was needed. He lived up to all his commitments and ultimately guided us to the finish line. I do appreciate the understanding as our process had a few stalls outside of my control. If I had any constructive feedback to Travis it would just be to limit communication with my seller, as some tension did arise from that.
