Overall, Ahmad was very good. We had some issues that we both have valid points of disagreements. When some of his support staff that represent the company he works for made some in my opinion , some unprofessional moves , he dismissed them as , " well, I didn't do it" . Never apologized for the mistakes made. All that said , I would use Ahmad again. He knows what he is doing. No doubt, at times , I was a pain in the butt, however Ahmad and his customer service rep, Amy was very good. USE THEM!

Chris was very good. I don't remember though that he told me that everything would be in the hands of the loan processor. I felt that the loan processor fluffed me off until my son got involved. My son is very knowledgeable and once he talked to the loan processor I felt that the loan was being processed in a timely manner.
