Jason started strong with lots of good information. He was almost always available and if not he got back immediately but this changed after we went into contract on the house. He wasn't as quick to respond to questions and he seemed out of touch with the process and with us as we neared the finish line. What would have made it better is if he had checked in more often to see how we were doing and responded quicker to our concerns and questions as we neared closing. This would have made it smoother and we probably would have avoided some of the last minute fire drills had the communication been more frequent.

I have communicated to Ruben several times but mostly the processing where had to send numerous times and too many last minute items arised so felt many things left to the last few weeks. Even though had all the informaton in plenty of time . However, liked Ruben and mostly good with him other than communicating a few things several times before implemented. Example amount of down payment and the fact that he did not reveal additional cost in points on last closing statement.

There were documents that I needed to submit I was on top of everything but Dane kept reminding me to send it in. Then my loan documents were processed incorrectly due to my income not being reported correctly. Then at the very last minute I received a call about how things needed to be reworked etc and was thrown into complete panic when I was told my closing might not happen due to their mistake. Then when everything was taken care of it was blown off like everything that happened the day before was no big deal. Also I was originally told I would be getting a much bigger property tax credit which was misleading and incorrect. Just not a good experience at the end

Well I feel that once George found out that the everything was good he just stopped caring and answering questions also some things that was not right but it is what it is

I wanted to be able to speak to Nick a couple times on the phone. 98% of our communication was done via text….even though I would specifically ask him to please call me. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

The experience could have been better with improved communication across DK, legal, and the title company. Also, it was not properly communicated that funds would not be disbursed on the closing date.
