Better Communication, don't assume everyone knows tech info, no one ever explained why we had to pay our income tax with our loan! We were waiting to hear from IRS on a payment plan & you made us pay it in full with no explanation why.

Communication seemed to diminish prior to settlement. Documents that were time sensitive and needed our signatures for closing did not get signed in enough time, therefore pushing settlement out. Better communication would have avoided the delay.

Overall communication could have been better. Between the broker, her assistant and the underwriter, we had to submit the same documents several times. It seems a better system of document organization would improve things.
