Being able to esign documents and upload documents in the co.fort of my ho.e i stead of having to go find someone with a fax machiene. That was convienent. Also Ana was very helpful and answered all questions I had in a timly manner. As a first time home buyer I had no clue how the process works but with Ana's help the home buying process was a breeze.

There was an error on the closing numbers and I lost the 2% but down in Year one. This was the reason I went with your company over the builders financing. The time difference between FL and CA was also an issue.
