Going over what to expect ahead of time would've been helpful. As a first-time home buyer, having access to Dalia was great, but an area for improvement could be sharing what to expect after agreeing to work together. That wasn't my experience.

Randall was knowledgeable and his tone definitely put us at ease, however there were many issues. There were many occasions where I submitted paperwork to the portal, then Randall says he doesn't see the paperwork. I then submit the paperwork directly to Randall, then Crystal comes and asks for the same paperwork because somehow, even though it has been submitted twice, she doesn't have it. During this time Randall is out of the country, with no notice so everything has to be resubmitted. I was beyond irritated with that process. If that wasn't annoying enough, our loan got switched from a conventional to an fha without any discussion first. Randall did not even notify the realtor to make sure the sellers accepted FHA. On multiple occasions, I submitted information for our home owners insurance. Each time, Randall was supposed to add additional information and complete the process. That didn’t happen, which further delayed things. Homeowners insurance information was submitted, straight from a geico agent multiple times because once again things didn’t get to where they needed to be before magically disappearing. The appraisal process was a very expensive joke. With us being switched to an fha loan, there are many things that should have been flagged that were definitely not. I am not even convinced he got out of his car and did and actual inspection. It is insane that we had to spend such a large amount of money for such little result. I thought the fiasco would be over once we closed but it was not. Even though home owners insurance was submitted MULTIPLE TIMES, we still got a notice on our portal saying it was expired, even though it was still very much active. Getting the information extracted from the insurance policy place and sent to NAF is tedious, annoying and aggravating as all get out....especially when I know it has already been submitted multiple times. I am thankful the process is over. There is no excuse for there to be missing paperwork on multiple occasions. I do not recommend NAF to anyone.

Any over the phone communication I attempted with Marilyn Green went to voicemail. I requested multiple times for a Cash to Close over the course of several days, and I was unable to receive an accurate amount. The closing date was delayed 4 times. CCommunication
