Not notified signing date and time -payoff of Car still not done -appraisal report for new Home never sent to us. I know it’s an email world but phone calls are still a lot more helpful in the purchase process of a new home.

It was my 1st time buying a house, and I was confused n left in the dark about a lot of things for instance I was just given 1 key no remote to the garage etc ... I still have a big dangle lock thing on my door that the Realitor’s use to get in although the closing was done since Tuesday and today is Thursday, I just feel everything was done so unorganized is my last word for this ordeal.

Patrick is very on top of his job. But I found it extremely difficult to get him on the phone to reply. Buying a home was very frustrating for me trying to get everything together. When I did get in contact with Patrick he did help me feel like I was in good hands and would be taken care of.

At the beginning there was good communication and response. As the loan progressed there was frequent miscommunication and last minute requests for documents. There also were at least 4 different people involved including Steve which was very confusing. Perhaps this business has grown too fast and keep up? The customer service was lacking. Next time we will use a more hands on and customer focused loan officer. We were able to close on time which was helpful.

Michael Kerby's performance was generally pretty good except for his failure to follow our direction to send emails to my URL, rather than my wife's (who initiated contact with your company). However, frankly, I cannot give other than a poor rating for his assistant, Jaclyn Brainard, who sent emails requesting various documents. In fact, I sent 2 documents to her on 3 occasions and was still requested to provide them again. She apparently refused to read the documents which were sent to her.
