I feel he did go out of his way to help us close on our house at the last minute. Did all that on a Friday which started at 4pm. He personally came in and signed our documents. Had a person in place to facilitate the transfers of funds. And we had our keys in hand by 6:30! Also, the house warming gift was very nice! Bunch of neat and useful things inside the house warming gift! My favorites were the bottle of wine, the volt meter, hammer and multi screwdriver! Way cool!!!

Tyler always communicated with me when I had questions or called his office. His information concerning the loan estimates, paperwork and potential closing dates were very accurate. The company's process is very easy to follow and you know what is going on with your loan at all times. I would recommend Tyler and First American Funding.
