We received documents from several different people, some sent to only one of us. When we had questions about documents we were told “that’s not my area of expertise”. Phone calls were never answered and messages were rarely returned. We were told our rate was locked when in fact It wasn’t. We were told we needed to provide certain documents, then told by someone else we didn’t, only to be told again later that we did. Told we were on track to close on time, took off work, closed two days late.

We were unhappy with the tone of some emails implying that we had a serious problem because of multiply (wrong) addresses on our credit report. (Our number is very high & we put down over a third on the downpayment.) We were also unhappy with the closing. We sent several emails to Kevin with a few bulleted questions. Instead of answering our questions, he would send a one sentence reply, which didn't address our questions. We didn't get the sense that NA was on top of it.

Purchasing a home is a blessing and feel fortunate doing so. If you want honesty I think communication could have been better. I would have liked sitting down and going over numbers. I really didn't like that I found out payment amounts a few days before closing. I would have actually liked meeting and shaking your hand. I also didn't like the comment made by Lisa the day of closing "well at least I won't be seeing your number anymore after this"I do want to thank Heather for her patience &time

Why is the Seller's agent given loan updates? I found out from the Seller's agent that the appraisal had come in. Would lender have shared the amount with the other lender had the appraisal not come in at purchase price? This is alarming. It is up to the Buyer's agent to update the Seller's agent. So PLEASE send the updates ONLY to your client's side! And please make sure I, as the Buyer's agent, am informed. Other than this, I was pleased with Tucker & will use him for my home investors.

I encourage my clients to get a pre-approval not just pre-qualification. He was pre-approved. To me, that means the only thing left is to make sure circumstances had not changed before closing. It seems Tammie dropped the ball in making sure he was eligible for a VA loan which caused a huge hiccup. There was not great communication with me and at one point she questioned the contract in front of my client. She saved the deal and I was grateful for that but it could have gone better.

I attempted completeing and posting this survey the other day. We were able to secure a loan and therefor a home. We met the end goal, which i am happy for. I made it aware to at least one person with new american that I do not check emails often, so a heads up when emails were coming through would have been nice. I also believe there was a little miscommunication within the company in regards to the requirements to secure the loan, which was slightly frustrating but minor.
