Better communication. I felt like I was just left to figure out the process on my own. I had to involve my realtor more in the process from reviewing of numerous documents to the closing. I was informed minutes before closing what I needed to wire as my down payment

I am very happy that I got my house, the only reason why I rated 3 stars is because it was extremely hard to reach my loan officer, at times my emails and phone calls and messages went unanswered for up to a week or simply just not answered at all, I was told I would be closing on a certain date.. I took a full week vacation to move and we ended up closing until the end of my vacation.. I was also told I would be locked in at a 3.75% rate in the end my interest rate ended up at 4.8%
