I did not enjoy my experience with the processor. Whenever documents were requested the emails usually included banking type acronyms. For a non banker they were not clear. I’m in the aviation industry and I’m sure the processor would be confused if I used the hundreds of aviation acronym in my correspondence. Also the processor having the assumption that I should be working were I was buying a house. There is tens of thousands in my industry who don’t necessarily work where they live.

I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has always made my experience pleasant and reassuring.

Calling prior to an email needing to be signed when the email needs to be signed as soon as possible so I know to look for it. Prompt submission of documents to meet set deadlines.
