I am amending this survey because of mitigating factors pertinent to the type of loan I received. The FHA reverse mortgage purchase is complex indeed with seemingly changing requirements. The arcane rules/ requirements were a nightmare for all and I have conflated that nightmare with Ellen herself. Ellen was friendly and helpful througout the process and very responsive to comments / questions. She did get frustrated as did we all and a couple of her writings threw blame for the chaos on us.

Hello- I did not work with Adam Brown on any transaction at NAF. So, I could not write a review on him. Not sure why I’m receiving this survey. Perhaps it was meant to go to another agent?

We had already signed for the house and had the keys in hand for two hours before we got notification that our loan had progressed to step five, the final step. Then an hour after that we got notification that our loan had been funded. The stress that was added to our lives up to the day of signing because of the lack of up to date communication and the need for final paperwork being requested from the processer was ridiculous.

Greg himself did a good job. It is his people that need the help. I appreciate Greg making the effort to fix an issue regarding confusing communication from his people. I do appreciate that. But overall this was not an overly pleasant transaction. I would explore other options if I were to do this again.
