If the loan processor communicated better and was clear and transparent about outstanding items. Also If she would have answered questions I asked multiple times in several emails and did not leave things like insurance and payoffs to the last minute. Which the insurance did not even need to updated and could have been cleared up if she looked at the endorsements.

It would have been nice to have my email and request for a phone call from Mr. Winchell returned. His updates were form letters that ended in "please contact me with any questions" or something similar. He never personally reached out or responded to me.

Janelle needs to be more knowledgeable and understanding that every company is different. She made things very difficult and stressful, if I could have requested her to be pulled from my file completely I would have done it. My scores reflect my experience based on her actions and I professionalism. Rebecca was fairly good at communicating most of the time. No complaints about Dawn. But please make sure that janelle understands she can not talk to people disrespectfully.

I seemed to play a lot of phone and e-mail tag with Katie. There was poor communication about electronically signing documents and information was needed about gaining access to this system that wasn't told to us. It was very frustrating. As returning customers we expected a higher level of customer service. At closing the numbers didn't add up and we had many questions that weren't fully explained. We had other offers to refinance our home and decided to go with an established relationship

Wayne Davey provided adequate information WHEN requested but there were long gaps in communication and the whole process took 10 weeks from application to closing.

James needs a new processing team and needs back up when someone is sick. His team acted like they didn’t know when were closing. In Waco, Tx I’m use to closing on time and people having a back up plan when someone on the team drops the ball or is sick. Property didn’t close on time and that’s why the low rating.
