Communication wasn't the greatest, documents that were submitted before closing were asked again at closing to be signed? Just over all experience wasn't what we were used too having.

I hardly spoke with Larry, I always called. The transaction was months in the making and there was last minute changes. I never received the CD when I asked for it. My client was confused and wanted me to look at the form. The loan papers that my client had to sign, I have never experienced. There were many forms that were signed several times. This process needs to be streamlined. Larry is a nice guy just wish he communicated with me.

I had no issues with Ed himself, but his supportive staff seemed much less organized which lead to last minute scrambling for items that could have been acquired long before. This put much unnecessary stress on my pregnant wife that is currently supposed to be on bed rest avoiding stress for the health of her and our baby.

Up front, Chris won my business.He took the time to explain everything, worked hard to get a great rate, and always answered my questions. Once we got close to closing, he was pretty hard to get a hold of.
