The overall process was painless and went very smooth. Communication could have been a little more engaging. Responses to emails were in bullet form and not very personal and communication with him directly was limited. However, the overall process went smooth.

I know we were very needy as a couple, in our homes to buy our home. It just felt that the communication could have been a little better. Erika was very nice to us overall. Patient for the most part. But I still wished she picked up our calls, or responded to our text messages in a more timely fashion.

It was an ok experience. I wish there was more communication, most often i had to keep checking in and asking 'what's next'. I did not know my loan was approved till the evening before closing,so i gave my notice late leading to a penalty. And i would have appreciated easier explanations of things as a first time home buyer
