I did NOT like the need to do almost everything electronically. There are always glitches in programs and twice I had to reset my password to get access. I would rather have gone to the office and had more personal exchanges. I am thoroughly against the change from personal to electronic communication.

Chris and his team did a really nice job. Everyone was quick to respond and kept me in the loop at all times. If by chance there was an error in understanding, Becky (Chris’s executive assistant), was on top of it right away and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately.
