Besides having notary return to my home on three different occasions during the pandemic was not comforting. Communication was very slow. I will give them a brake due to the virus situation. This was the second refinancing we have done. The first time around was alot smoother. We have multiple properties and we will be looking into refinancing in the future, hopefully next one will be smoother.

Jeff was nice and professional, yet as the realtor representing the Buyer Jeff was working for, I felt a lack of communication regarding the status of the loan - I was supposed to be part of the team to get this home closed, yet not treated as such. I've worked with plenty of other lenders who provide updates, and a warning if there is a chance the lender cannot meet the contracted date . . . not the case here.

Communication was pretty poor overall. There seemed to be a lot of confusion throughout the process. It was frustrating to have to sign documents over and over when they were exactly the same, as well as the fact that most of the process seemed entirely unnecessary. It should be considerably easier for a refinance to occur when the original financing was from the exact same company, especially considering this process was to help your client out during these trying times.
