The process took longer than expected and the loan costed me more money than I really wanted to pay. Had to pay another fee to extend my lock which I was not aware of.

Underwriter was the major problem. As we got closer to closing, Evan was only the middle man. Manny in Chicago took the ball and ran with it. The underwriter required documents that were either previosly sent or required new documentation to compliment the transaction. We did NOT close on the original date. Funding and recording recorded 5 days later. Evan was personable but needs more experience.

Our initial contact with Shelly great yes. After first closing date passed communication with Shelly didn’t exist. We called and text several times during this period without any response. When Shelly made contact it was for information provided at an earlier time. Two days before the third and final closing dates we were told what was going to be done to close, wasn’t done. The day of closing we were told by title company we wouldn’t close no paperwork received. We close thanks to title company

It was an ok experience but very stressful had to call to follow up on a lot no one was really returning our calls when stated they would in a timely manner and was asked to resend info that we have sent and we felt no one was communicating between one another. No good communication the conversations where very short and not detailed. It was a lot of extra my opinion but the deal was closed and I’m grateful. I do appreciate everything they have done. Need to be more compassionate and empathetic.

Communication was not the best. I did not appreciate when, several days before closing, lender texted client to ask client to contact me to ask me to contact closer And made it sound like closer was not doing her job. I completely trust closer. Lender made it sound like closer was not doing her job and in reality, lender was the one who was having issues coming up with final numbers. And I did not think it was professional to ask my client to become involved and to get buyer concerned.
