Jay was easy to work with through the qualifying process and was helpful when we were deciding how much we were comfortable mortgaging. We were able to close in a fairly short time frame, considering how long the process can usually take. The only area where we had a little trouble was that we were buying without a realtor, which makes the process more challenging. Jay had to basically council us along the way, which I'm sure made is job more difficult. If we had a realtor, I'm sure it would have saved a few headaches.
