My husband and I appreciated getting to talk with Timothy before starting the mortgage process. He was pleasant and up-front the whole time. However, we were really frustrated when the communication with Timothy and Liliana dwindled around the time our escrow was closing, and we felt uninformed about what was causing the delay in closing and if there were steps we should be taking.

It's understood everyone is doing their best to get through the process. Buying a home can be pretty stressful, to help alleviate some of that stress communication is very important. What may seem like a lot of communication to some may not be enough for others. Being very organized is also important.

More thorough explanations of why things were being requested and adequate time to gather that information...too many times we received e mails late in the evening asking us to get things in by the end of the night. Final docs were also off by 4k+ from the original down that was qouted to us.. Conrad has a pleasant and curtious personality which neutralized his professional inadequacies.

Communication communication should be the out most important aspect in a business transaction. It was missing with Ryan after we engaged them. In the end the only way I got a call back from Ryan was when I threaten to cancel the deal. After several unanswered calls. Left a lot to be desired. My recommendation: Go the "extra" mile for your clients have them informed throughout the entire process and get happy repeat customers and referrals.

I felt once the rate was locked in Ryan forgot about us. Rates have been dropping like a rock but I heard nothing from Ryan. Even if there wasn’t anything better out there a 5 star would make sure his client knew he was looking out for them.

Have a check list for the documentation needed to make the loan process smooth. Communicating confirmation of the documentation that has been received. In addition, explaining how the process works in person or over the phone.
