Respond sooner than no response. Know what you can do as a lender on different properties the knowledge of mobile homes would be good.

Beau and I failed to communicate well during this process. I am sure some of this was my fault. I am used to a more personal response when borrowing large sums of money. This was a more virtual/cyber interaction which seams to have worked out but left me answering a lot of my own questions. To Beau's credit he was always calm and responsive when I called him, answering most of my questions. So for me this was an okay experience at best.
