By and large the whole process went reasonably smoothly. The requirements for documentation details are a little demeaning. Some of it made no sense. My only real complaint, though, was after the loan went through and the only way to get any answers to questions was by going straight to Joe. The others just blew me off.

After being contacted by NAF to ask if I wanted to refinance, I attempted to work with several sales agents but they seemed to busy and I did not receive the focus and attention that I received from the the 2017 agent I had worked with in the California office. Anthony Ciccati contacted me and I felt at ease working with him as he provided the service as I was accustomed to from 2017. He guided me through to complete the new refinance with NAF.

Everything went completely smoothly from the very beginning. We are totally pleased with the outcome and would definitely refer others to New American. The reason for the 4 stars: although I started the process and was the contact person from the start, the final overage check came written in my husband’s name. This survey (that came only to MY email) was addressed to my husband. He could have taken that check, deposited it, and I would never have known about it. It’s not 1950, Anthony.
