I am very happy that I got my house, the only reason why I rated 3 stars is because it was extremely hard to reach my loan officer, at times my emails and phone calls and messages went unanswered for up to a week or simply just not answered at all, I was told I would be closing on a certain date.. I took a full week vacation to move and we ended up closing until the end of my vacation.. I was also told I would be locked in at a 3.75% rate in the end my interest rate ended up at 4.8%

We received documents from several different people, some sent to only one of us. When we had questions about documents we were told “that’s not my area of expertise”. Phone calls were never answered and messages were rarely returned. We were told our rate was locked when in fact It wasn’t. We were told we needed to provide certain documents, then told by someone else we didn’t, only to be told again later that we did. Told we were on track to close on time, took off work, closed two days late.
