I didn't get much communication or advice and it was difficult to get in contact. When I called I rarely ever got an answer and received a text message or email reply. Hopefully it was because of the surge of home buyers in the market lately. When we spoke though Miguel was pleasant and I did receive a good rate and my package was put together very quickly. the process was "mysterious" but the outcome was positive and I still would recommend American funding to others for their mortgage needs.

We had tech difficulties and received no helpful assistance. Your technology is confusing and difficult to use especially with Apple products.

Frank Barajas was absolutely great! He is empathetic and promptly responsive to his customer needs. The reason why I am not likely to refer friends and family is not because of Frank Barajas. Instead it is because New American Funding took more than 6 months from the date I was pre-approved to close my refinance loan. This was an outrageous and unreasonable length of delay.

Communication was not always the best and the process took almost 7 months to complete. Seemed like I had to be the one reaching out to people to keep things moving. In the end, I got a good rate, but it took way too long.
