New American Funding...well what can I say...I have many feelings about this company. I would give it 0 stars but the only reason I'm going with 4 is because of Mo Mahfouz, Loan Consultant. He went above and beyond for my wife and I to get to closing which took nearly 6 months. As far as the Processor and underwriting for our file...well let's just say I feel like our file kept getting thrown in the trash or at least getting put in their bottom drawer and just being fogot, and that's me being nice. At the last 3 days before closing we got referred over to Kevin Fox, Sales Manager, he completed our closing process and did it fast, made sure things ran smooth. Again, I cant say the company in a whole is bad, Mo was AWESOME! Just hope they get Processors that respect their customer and not talk down to them and that they move things a little faster, 6 months is way too long for closing on any type of loan under any circumstances. Thanks Mo, your the best! -David

Melissa was great but the Processing and underwriting process was difficult to deal with. Requests for documents from me were made but it wasn’t clear what she was asking for. I needed to contact my accountant and Melissa several times interpretations for information requested and they didn’t even understand what she was asking for. It seemed that we were speaking a different language .
