A lot of aspects during the escrow process could have been explained much better and the final numbers were off more than a few time's. Overall could have been so much smoother.

At times we felt like we were part of a high pressure sales situation. He tried to scare us into locking in early, which would’ve cost us a LOT more money. We ended up getting a great rate but only because we pushed for it. He was responsive to our questions but had trouble answering them in a way we could easily understand.

I think keeping the agent more informed in what's going on with the borrower. I kept thinking we were good to go but we weren't. There was another person working with Erek who seemed to be more in the know of what was going on. I think I should've been more in contact with that person vs Erek. But besides communication, things were good considering that this was a somewhat challenging closing.

It wasn't just Mandy. Both people we worked with constantly did not have all the information from us and had to keep coming back to us for information saying that someone forgot this step.
