I would have liked for Scott to have been a little more involved throughout the process. Checking in with us along the way to see how things were going would have been nice. I think it could have avoided some of the detours that happened along the way. Once I contacted Scott about my concerns he was on the situation right away and made sure the rest of the loan process was seamless.

Doing and understanding everything via phone has proven to be a bit challenging and stressful but that's no one's fault in particular due to everything that's going on. However we have had a couple instances where we felt like we received time sensitive documents a little later than we should have making things slightly inconvenient at times. Other than that we had great service.

Better communication. A huge misunderstanding on the rate lock should have been avoided which caused substantial delay and possibly a good bit a money had the rates not fallen.
