I rated you great because Steve personally called to assure us our loan would close on time. Molly in the office is also very good to work with. I appreciated they took the time to return my calls. The rating would have been much, much lower due to my interactions with a Senior Loan Officer. However, Steve and Molly provided information in a timely manner. They are great professionals. They know their information. I would absolutely have them handle all future loans.
