Lack of communication, had to send documents numerous times because they say they never received them, our final cash to close changed 3 times and were thousands of dollars difference. Our whole process from start to finish took 8 months. Granted our seller was slow on his part sometimes as well, the overall process did not go quickly at all.

Our address was entered in incorrectly, and despite multiple attempts to get the address corrected. We even refused to sign the disclosures electronically until this was fixed. That finally happened, yet when it was time to sign almost half the pages listed our address and other information incorrectly.
