This is my first time ever buying a house. It was more stressful than I would have imagined. I got a fair amount of support. Just in general I'm happy with my house, just didn't like the process.

Overall was helpful. However, communication could've been better. There were hiccups and issues which made the deal come down to wire which was not good. May have been more of issues with the overall team and not necessarily the agent.

We got a great rate and are very happy with how the loan process finalized. Nick was great when we were able to get a hold of him. Seemed it would take a little while to get responses to questions we would have. Overall we are still happy with the final result.

This was an extremely quick transaction and the deadlines were met when needed and then some. Tammie was the lead on the loan and got the ball rolling efficiently to make deadlines. She did not make it to closing but was available and resolved a small snafu that occurred on cost breakdown for us. My understanding is there are multiple people that handle areas of paperwork- huge shout out to Alicia Palmer for helping me sort out all the different things coming at me to sign by email.

You’re asking me to evaluate someone with whom I had essentially no interaction. I recvd a couple of emails from him and wondered who he was. I am guessing he is a higher manager because all my interaction was with Heather Crevelling and her associate Andrea. They served me very well and were very prompt and accessible. This gentleman may be doing great work but to my knowledge he had nothing to do with my loan. My experience with New American was very satisfying.
