Wendell was great and very responsive to any questions. The communication within the company however, was terrible. Our entire loan process took over 2 months. We almost lost our home 3 separate times due to delays. The process was very stressful and I think the company procedures need to be reviewed for efficiency. We had to send several documents to the underwriters twice. In short, Wendell was great, the company as a whole, not so much.
