Well my first loan offices John he's a great he kept me abroad of everything that was going on updated with every level very helpful to me and my realtor then he left and they gave me a new loan officer that I hardly ever heard from and that's when things started going down hill. It's made the process even longer in the end.

Better/more communication would have been appreciated. What was most bothering was that there were things not offer or done concerning our loan until I began to look at other mortgage companies whom were making those offers, and at that point New American only followed behind what ever the other mortgage company(s) offer instead of giving/offering the best for my wife & I in the beginning.
