There seemed to be too many people involved with entire transaction that were not communicating with one another. Several times there was information that was not consistent with the progress and requests. Buyer and I were given different stages of progress such as they were told they had clear to close and Title company, sellers agent and I were not aware of it and in fact they were not. There was still an obstacle that needed to be addressed. Missed closing date by several days
