I had heard some great things about this Company, but dealing with them was Not a great experience. Even though my initial contact with Melissa was very harsh and abrupt. I decided to still do business with them. Another major problem was the Company Not following up with me. I kept sending my information that they would claim that they didn't receive, and had to on several occasions keep resend the same forms. Every time I called, they would always say that they would call back.. Weeks later of me constantly calling. I was finally told that they couldn't do anything....Just because my situation isn't/wasn't the best.. I still feel that I could have been treated Better....

This was my first time doing this on my own. Questions that I had were discounted and not addressed in a timely manner. For pertinent paperwork, I sent them. However; instead of someone telling me what was wrong with what I sent they only sent another email asking for the same thing as if I didn't send anything at all. The communication was not forth-coming. Although, they did help me get a loan for a location that didn't offer certain loans. Thankful for that.

East cost to West coast transaction has it's issues. Over all, the Buyer seemed pleased.

Sometimes I was confused about what I needed and wish I would have had the new home owner course at the beginning. Other then that I really liked Brian and thought he was helpful!
