My experience was stressful. The process took entirely too long and I was constantly ask to duplicate my actions. I honestly considered cancelling all. My recommendation Would be to provide a list of required documents so that the applicant can start gathering. My issue was not Deon per se, but the process. It didn’t have to be that stressful. Kristen was very responsive during the earlier stages of the loan process. She was quick to answer emails and provide necessary guidance during the process. She was great with my client and did a good job updating me as an agent. Towards the end I would have liked more communication to ensure that we were not sending addendums the days leading up to closing possibly impacting our ability to close on time, I think it was more the processor and underwriter then Kristen, she was overall great.

I appreciate the fact that they reached out about the opportunity. Timing could have been quicker, as it took a couple of months from start to finish but overall, everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and accommodating when we had questions.
