Things that were said in one conversation were not clearly and completely conveyed to the people on the loan team. Information given to me was incomplete and my questions were avoided. I did not get what I believe I was promised.

I did not work with Ray very much at all; however, I did work with Inga McNair quite frequently. I had many struggles, hurdles and set-backs during this process. Even though I had invested over 30 days jumping through hoops, I was prepared to leave New American Funding and go with Cash Call. But then, through the grace of God, I was contacted by Inga McNair. She restored my confidence in New American Funding. I wish I had more room to write everything I want to say.

Understood that my representative had family matters to deal with but I feel my case should've been move to avoid the lapse of time between communication & information needed in a more timely fashion. Again congratulations to Jason becoming a new father.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I feel like the team did their job but could have explained the process and delays before hand . sometimes when I asked questions I felt like I was just told anything just so I wouldn't ask anything else. I am not saying they are bad people! Maybe spending a little more time with first time home buyers!
