Overy many years of owning homes and dealing with refinancing this has probably been my least favorate. I had asked questions and not all of them were responded to. Had to resubmit documents that I had already submitted. Closeing coast are always a deal with refinancing but seems as though I was penalized approximately $125 because I wanted to pay my own taxes and insurance. Even though they had bank statements we had to submit 44 pages of tax returns on a business we sold 16 years prior
