Marcus did his best, and his efforts were much appreciated. The lender, however, failed to demonstrate sufficient flexibility when we encountered an 11th-hour hurdle that shouldn't have been as difficult to overcome as it ended up being. The entire process should have been a little easier than it ultimately proved to be. Anyway, it all worked out well in the end. Marcus did a fine job.
