I was not so happy with my Appraisal coming in low. I ended up coming out okay but there was a delay in my closing and I was informed the day before. As a consumer, this was anxiety producing unnecessarily.

Everything was handled in a timely manner but I was a little uncomfortable with having to send some of the same personal information to three different people. I would be a little less stressed if the flow of communication from team member to team member was better. I know that everyone has different responsibilities and they were very patient and understanding which helped ease my mind a little.

Jane never connected to me and at the end she did not even shake my hand to show me that she appreciates doing business with me, after spending $320k I think I deserved better.

The CDs were not dispatched to closing attorney on time. The final CDs itself has incorrect numbers. expected better and faster response. Lot of follow needed from customer (buyer) side. Expected better help to get better interest rates (lower interest rate) on loan. But the over all loan closure was done on the expected closing date. Appreciated. Jane took care last minute things in a faster way.
