Everything was going great until my first closing date which was missed. Then the next two dates that were set we're also missed , finally we closed on the 4th date that was set. This was due to the USDA loan approval system being severely backed up and delayed through the state. Just wished we could have got all the paperwork and files submitted earlier so we wouldn't have been in such a time crunch at the last minute to close and move out of our rental property into our new home.

The lines of communication between the loan officer, processor, and underwriting need to be more precise. We sent the same financial information several times that cost time and money. I understand that the type of loan can be tedious and time consuming but if there was 100% effort placed on the front end there would have been no need to push back a closing date, which caused undue hardship...I am however grateful that we were able to finally close. Thanks!

Had to reach out multiple times to get questions answered, did not call/email when I was told I would be contacted. I had to call to get my questions answered.

Better communication regarding needed repairs in order to fund. Faster responses to inquiries. I should not have had to pay extra points to keep my locked rate when everything could have concluded faster. I replied to each request within days. You didn't push the appraiser nor did you respond to my inquiries when the appraiser finally appeared. You allowed the appraiser to bill me as rural property when I am not rural.

It seemed to take a lot longer than any refi we've done in the past and there was limited communication. Also, random people would call or reach out without any introduction from Toni. I had multiple people from NAF or the closing firm call me and ask for my personal information to confirm my identity even though they had called me. Seemed a little sketchy at the time and I've never had another bank do that. The portal is good and the closing went without a hitch.

Took a very long time! Everything was questioned and requestioned unnecessarily. Finally financed then received letter stating it was not financed and I was responsible for all fees incurred for late pay off. Contacted tee Thierry re: letter still no follow up!
