I just felt that things were constantly overlooked when I originally sent them in because something was wrong constantly. I had no idea if I was going to able to even close on the house until after the closing, which had to be rescheduled from the original time. Melissa is super nice and a great person, I just felt that a lot of the details in the documents I sent were overlooked until underwriting had them and asked.

The Lender is great with closing the deal. However, the communication with the Buyer's agent needs much improvement. I felt totally left out of the entire process. It wasn't a good experience for me. In the end, they closed the deal.

There was times where information they wanted from us wasn’t really clear or wanted the same information multiple times. I’m not sure if it was because of COVID. We didn’t have a bad experience, only wish we could have reached people when we called versus correspondence via text or email.

You folks at the mortgage company did a good job. It was my first experience providing information on-line and I had limited computer resources. I had to make several trips in. Folks were helpful. A name change to a trust required extra work. You all pulled through. The big glitch was the underwriter’s last minute call for more information. It doesn’t take a crystal ball to see in advance what needs to be seen. It would be helpful to get those questions out in there he beginning.
