I didn't say not memorable. I realize buying a home has a lot of moving parts and several different parties involved. Regular communication using various platforms for everyone will ensure everyone can be on the same page. For example, email, then send a quick text and a follow up from that person within an the hour will help keep everyone on schedule. Also keeping in mind that everyone doesn't deal with purchases such as homes on a daily basis so some people need their hand held. Good exp.

Certain levels of communication weren't prevalent. I was asked to submit duplicate documents multiple times. I think there wasn't communication between a few people in the department. Just an improvement in communication.
