Email correspondence was not very prompt. Was repeatedly told I was going to skip the first months mortgage payment but paperwork drafted showed this was a lie. When I asked about it, was told it will work out, which clearly it did not. The refinance process as a whole was fine and I’m going to save money every month now, I just wish things had been made clearer to me and I wish my questions had not been answered as though I was stupid for asking them.

COMMUNICATION!!!! Everytime you guys asked for paperwork and we would send it to you and we would never hear anything. We would call all freaked out a couple days later to find out you haven't looked at it or it was wrong but you never initiated the phone calls. It would be days of hearing nothing just to find out what we sent you was wrong or it never got forwarded to the people who needed it. Definitely need to work on your communication.
