More communication about the cost needed at closing. We were only notified 8 hours before our closing that we had to bring almost $1400 to closing. I had to ask in order to hear what it would be. This was very frustrating!

There was a long period of time (several weeks) when I did not receive back any reply to my queries. I was not sure what the status of our loan was, and communication was not forthcoming. Turned out the loan agent had come down with COVID-19, and was out of the office, but this information was not shared and no one contacted us during that period. I was concerned that our loan was not going to go through.

Rate wasnt locked initially after sending in required Ws, stubs...etc.. Senior Processor Lisa was excellent and saved me from walking away.

The process was long and drawn out. The senior processor that my file was given to was difficult to communicate with unless she initiated the contact via email, which she did multiple times asking for more and more documents repeatedly. Zack was initially very attentive but faded into the background quickly after I submitted my application and all of the documents he had requested. The notary contractor experience was awful! This experience was just ok...nothing to recommend here.
