Your systems could have been better to provide a more efficient method of transaction. I felt like I had to rush to complete portions throughout the process and jump through hoops in others. I didn't feel like I knew what was happening at each step of the process.

Communication was incredibly inconsistent throughout the loan process. Last minute requests for documents and the miscommunication regarding what was needed was incredibly stressful. The fact that people were constantly out of the office and couldn't be reached after a last minute document was asked for only made it worse.

Robin was great, but I delt with 3 different people and none of them knew what the other was doing , or what they had. Had multiple docs I had to re semd, did not communicate with the closing attorney almost missed our deadline. Had to move closing 3 times. She was sweet just the "team" was unorganized I had to have my attourney here handle everything.

I dont have experience working with multiple mortgage companies, the process just didn't seem seemless, working with multiple individuals throughout the process would get information lost in translation, what seemed to be an extremely scrutinizing underwriting process and lastly being billed for the next almost immediately from signing. From other recent individuals who purchased a house close to me received 60 days from the date of closing before their first payment was due. My closing day I received a congratulations by the way in 2 weeks you will receive your first bill and I hadn't even been given the keys to the house yet.

There were many issue with the loan process that we were quite frustrated about. 1. The process was quite lengthy and required me to send multiple times certain paperwork like my pay stubs, confirmation of employment, etc, sometimes within 1-2 weeks of each other. The closing was frankly a mess and should never happen to anyone else. We had to reschedule our closing 4 times because the paperwork was wrong. That is unsatisfactory.

My refinance was a simple one. The problem I experience was that I was not comfortable with the way my options were presented to me. There were several conventions with Hunter on intrest rates with other types of loans. I know how to do math. Hunter made me feel like I only had one option. He was hard to comuacate with in a timely maner, ie.. email, phone calls.
